OFX offers international money transfers for businesses and individuals, emphasizing competitive exchange rates and transparent fees, which aligns with the 'mid-market exchange rate transfers' and 'transparent low fees' must-have features. While they mention 'bank-beating rates' and 'no hidden fees', they don't explicitly state 'mid-market exchange rate' but imply it through comparisons. They also offer a 'Global Currency Account' which is a multi-currency account, though the website states it's no longer available for *new* business & eCommerce clients globally, it still exists for existing clients and is a core offering. They highlight 'fast and secure transfers' and offer 'batch payments' and 'API integrations'. 'Rate alerts' and a 'mobile app' are also explicitly mentioned. Their '24/7 support' aligns with customer support, and their regulation by FinCEN indicates 'regulatory compliance'. They also have 'business account features' for managing currency risk and mass payments. The absence of a 'borderless debit card' is a key differentiator.

I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
