Ozmo Self Serve focuses on providing self-service customer support through interactive tutorials, troubleshooting guides, and conversational AI. While it deals with 'video' in the context of 'remote video support' for agents, this is not the core asynchronous video communication platform for screen/camera recording and sharing that Loom offers. None of the must-have features for Loom (screen recording, camera recording, instant shared links, basic video editing, viewer analytics) are present in Ozmo Self Serve's offerings. The 'remote video' feature is for live agent-assisted support, not asynchronous video messaging.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
