Bento is primarily an email marketing and automation platform, not a content publishing platform like Medium. While it offers features for creating and sending emails (which could be considered a form of content distribution), it lacks the core functionalities of a publishing platform such as a public-facing rich text editor for long-form articles, a discovery engine for general readers, or a monetization model based on reader engagement with published stories. It does have a drag-and-drop email editor, analytics, and email sending capabilities, which align with some 'other' features, but it does not meet the 'must-have' features for a content publishing platform.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
