GatherContent, now Bynder Content Workflow, focuses on collaborative content creation, review, and approval. While it offers features like centralized content storage and real-time collaboration, it primarily deals with 'editorial content' and 'structured content' rather than explicitly focusing on brand guidelines, logos, colors, and typography as core brand assets. It integrates with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (Bynder's main product) where these brand assets would typically reside, but Content Workflow itself is not a brand guideline editor or a platform for sharing a public brand guide URL. The website mentions 'Connect editorial content with assets stored in your DAM' and 'Customizable templates for speed and consistency' which could imply some level of organization and consistency, but it doesn't directly align with the 'brand guideline editor' or 'shareable brand guide URL' must-have features.

I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
