Agentic Automation at SS&C Blue Prism

Blue Prism's Agentic Automation focuses on enterprise-level process automation using AI agents. While it heavily emphasizes automation and AI-driven decision making, it lacks explicit mentions of 'workflow observation' in the sense of unobtrusively monitoring individual user interactions on screen to suggest optimizations. Instead, it focuses on automating predefined or dynamically managed business processes.
