Confluence is a collaborative knowledge workspace, which aligns with the idea's focus on internal tools and workflows. It offers integrations with other tools (APIs and databases), security features like permissions and SSO, and workflow automation. It also mentions AI capabilities and usage analytics. However, it is not a low-code/no-code platform for building custom applications with a drag-and-drop UI builder or extensive code customization capabilities as described in the core concept. Its primary function is knowledge management and collaboration, not application development.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
