Moments is an iOS app focused on relationship management, acting as a personal CRM. It offers features like 'Social To-Dos' and 'Events & Reminders' which align with the concept of 'relationship prompts' by reminding users to engage with contacts. The 'Social Circles' feature allows categorization of contacts, which can be seen as a form of 'relationship insights' by helping users prioritize. The 'AI Composer' for personalized messages also supports the idea of nurturing relationships. While it doesn't explicitly mention photo-based memory prompts or integration with Apple Photos, its core function of helping users stay in touch and manage relationships is a strong match for several features. The app also mentions 'Secure Cloud Sync' in its privacy policy, and the ability to categorize contacts implies a form of 'relationship insights'. The 'Events & Reminders' feature can be seen as a customizable reminder frequency.

I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
