Lindy offers AI agents that automate workflows, which aligns with the idea's focus on AI productivity tools. It features a 'How it works' section that describes selecting a trigger, connecting apps, and giving custom instructions in natural language, which is similar to a guided tool interface. The 'Templates' section acts as a catalog of pre-built AI agents for various use cases and roles, akin to creative presets and a tool catalog. The website explicitly states 'Model agnostic' allowing choice from top AI models, indicating multi-model integration. Pricing plans are available, including a free tier, which covers user authentication and subscriptions. The template hub includes filters for use case and role, providing search and filter functionality. While not explicitly 'custom prompt templates' in the same way, the ability to 'Give custom instructions to your agent, all in natural language' suggests a form of user-defined customization. The mention of 'Expand globally in 50+ languages' implies multi-language support. The website appears to be mobile-responsive, and the 'Academy' and 'Help Center' provide in-app resources and tutorials.

I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
