TagSpaces Web Clipper offers core functionalities for saving web content, including URLs and screenshots, and organizing them with tags. It supports various media types and is mobile-responsive. However, it lacks explicit features for 'contextual side notes' in the Tufte-style, and its sharing capabilities are more focused on file sharing rather than public URL list sharing without sign-up for viewers, which is a key aspect of URList's public sharing feature. While it allows for bookmark management, the primary focus is on local file organization rather than web-based list curation and sharing.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
