BarMarks is a macOS menu bar app for managing bookmarks. It allows users to save links, organize them with categories and tags, and access them quickly. While it handles URL saving and organization, it lacks explicit features for public sharing, contextual side notes, or embedding, which are core to URList's value proposition. It is a local bookmark manager rather than a web-based curation and sharing platform.
