Instapaper is a strong match for the core concept of saving and organizing web content for later reading. It explicitly offers URL saving, organization into folders (lists/sections), and the ability to add notes/highlights. While it doesn't focus on 'public sharing' in the same way URList does, its primary function aligns well with the 'save and organize' aspect. The interface is also described as minimal.

It handles edge cases much better and the API is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
