Bublup is a strong match for URList. It allows users to save various content types, including links, and organize them into folders (lists/sections). It supports notes, sharing, and has a focus on visual organization. While it's more comprehensive than just URL curation, the core functionalities align well with URList's must-have features.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
