GitHub Issues is primarily a project management and issue tracking tool for software development, which aligns with some aspects of organizing and tracking information. While it doesn't directly offer URL curation with inline previews as a core feature, it allows for organizing tasks (which can include links), adding notes, and sharing. The 'Issues & Projects' feature mentioned in the pricing page indicates its core functionality. It also supports mobile access and requires sign-in for use.

It handles edge cases much better and the API is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
