Eagle App is a desktop application primarily for organizing design files and various digital assets, including images, videos, audio, and fonts. While it offers robust organization, search, and preview capabilities, and supports saving URLs as bookmarks, its core focus is on local file management rather than web-based link curation and public sharing as described for URList. It does not offer public sharing of lists or sections in the same manner as URList, nor does it emphasize contextual side notes in the Tufte-style. However, it does allow saving web bookmarks and offers rich media previews, organization features, and a minimalist interface.

I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
