Make is a general automation platform that can be configured to perform social media management tasks. While it doesn't offer a native calendar or queue view, it can connect to various social media platforms and content creation tools. The platform's flexibility allows for the creation of custom workflows that mimic some of the desired features, but it's not a dedicated social media scheduling app. It offers multi-platform scheduling through integrations, content creation tools via AI integrations, and multi-account management through its general automation capabilities. It also supports various platforms, offers AI-powered text suggestions, image editing, and media processing through its integrations. The pricing page clearly indicates subscription tiers and 2FA is mentioned. Email support is also available. However, it lacks a native mobile app, and explicit queue/calendar views for social media scheduling are not core to its offering, requiring custom setup.

I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
