Sprinklr is a comprehensive customer experience management platform that includes robust social media management capabilities. It explicitly offers social media publishing and scheduling across multiple platforms, a content calendar (queue and calendar view), and tools for managing multiple accounts. The platform also mentions content creation tools, image editing, and automatic media processing. While a dedicated mobile app is not explicitly highlighted as a standalone feature, the platform's enterprise focus and mention of 'Advocacy On-the-go' for Android, iPhone, or desktop suggest mobile access. It also mentions email support and two-factor authentication.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
