monday.com is a work operating system that offers a low-code/no-code platform for various business needs, including project management, CRM, and development. It provides features like integrations with various tools (APIs and databases), automations (workflows), and a customizable interface, aligning with the core concept of building internal tools. While it doesn't explicitly state 'drag-and-drop UI builder' in the same way Retool does, its emphasis on 'no-code interface' and visual customization implies a similar functionality. The platform also highlights enterprise-grade security, flexible deployment options (cloud/on-premise), and AI integration, which directly match several 'must-have' and 'other' features.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
