Miro is primarily a visual collaboration and online whiteboard tool, which is different from a low-code/no-code platform for building internal applications. While it offers a drag-and-drop interface for creating visual boards, it does not provide the extensive API/database integrations, code customization, or deployment options typically found in a low-code internal tools platform like Retool. It focuses on brainstorming, planning, and visual communication rather than building data-driven applications or automating complex workflows with external systems.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
