Hyland's platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for content innovation, process automation, and application development, aligning well with the concept of a low-code/no-code platform for internal tools. It explicitly mentions low-code/no-code design with visual tools and drag-and-drop configurators, extensive integration capabilities with various applications and systems, and the ability to build and customize solutions. The platform also emphasizes AI-driven insights, process automation, and enterprise-grade security features. While it doesn't explicitly detail a 'code editor' in the same way Retool does, it does mention 'application development' and 'extensibility' which implies the ability to customize with code. The focus on content management is a strong additional aspect of Hyland's offering.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
