Reedsy

Reedsy offers a 'Studio' writing app that includes a rich text editor for authors to write and format their books. While it's primarily a marketplace for publishing professionals, it also provides tools and resources for writers, including user profiles, tagging/categorization of content (through prompts and courses), and social sharing features for their 'Studio' and other content. It does not directly offer a distribution and recommendation engine for published content in the same way Medium does, nor does it have a membership monetization model for reading content or detailed reader engagement metrics for individual stories.
