Thrive Architect is primarily a WordPress page builder, which allows users to create and edit content using a visual drag-and-drop interface. This aligns with the 'Rich Text Editor' feature. However, it does not offer the core functionalities of an online publishing platform like Medium, such as a built-in distribution/recommendation engine, membership monetization directly tied to reading time, or detailed reader engagement metrics for published articles across a platform. While it can be used to build a blog or website where content is published, it lacks the platform-wide content discovery and monetization model inherent to Medium.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.
Check it out at our site.
Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
