Webex Intune is a mobile application for team collaboration, focusing on meeting, messaging, and calling. While it offers real-time communication, it does not explicitly mention asynchronous video features like screen recording, camera recording, or instant shared links for pre-recorded videos, which are core to the Loom concept. It does, however, offer a mobile app and emphasizes security features.
