UXtweak's Session Recording tool offers screen recording and viewer analytics, which are core features. It also provides password protection for sharing results and enterprise security features like SSO. However, it does not offer camera recording, instant shared links in the same manner as Loom (it's more about sharing study results), or basic video editing for the recorded sessions. The primary focus is on UX research and website analysis rather than general asynchronous video communication.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
