Screenpresso is a strong match for the core features of Loom. It explicitly offers screen recording and video capture, including webcam (camera recording). It also provides instant sharing options to various cloud services and email, fulfilling the 'instant shared links' feature. The 'video clipping and merge' feature aligns with basic video editing. While not explicitly called a 'Team Library', the 'Workspaces and libraries' feature allows for organizing and quick access to captures, which serves a similar purpose. The 'Text capture from images (OCR)' feature is a form of auto-generated transcripts, although for images rather than video. The 'Android capture' feature indicates mobile app support for recording from Android devices.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
