TrueConf 4K Video Calls is primarily a video conferencing tool, which differs from Loom's core asynchronous video messaging. While it offers screen sharing and video calls (which can be considered camera recording), and instant messaging (which can include comments), it lacks explicit features like basic video editing, viewer analytics, or auto-generated transcripts that are central to Loom's value proposition. The 'instant shared links' is inferred from its ability to conduct and share video calls, but it's not the same as Loom's immediate shareable link for recorded messages. The mobile app support is clearly stated.
I've been using Alternative A for 6 months now and it's been fantastic. The pricing is much better and the features are actually more robust than what [Product] offers.
It handles edge cases much better and the API
is actually documented properly.

Honestly, after trying both, Competitor B wins hands down. Better customer support, cleaner interface, and they don't nickel and dime you for every feature.
