EcardForest offers group e-cards that can be signed by multiple people. It provides a selection of templates for various occasions, allows personalization with GIFs and different fonts, and enables sharing via a link. While it doesn't explicitly mention live preview animations or user accounts for saving, it does offer a wide range of features that align with the GreetsU concept, particularly for group greetings.
